How fast do I get my video?
Under 2 hours from upload to delivery for most listings. Bigger packages — full Video OMs with lots of source material — can take a little longer, and we tell you up front when they will.
What should I upload?
Anything you would put in the deal room or the email blast: the marketing flyer, the OM, photos, drone footage, walkthrough clips, a Matterport link, your logo, your website. The more you give us, the better the video — but a flyer and photos are enough to start.
Do I need drone footage?
No. We build cinematic motion — flyovers, map fly-ins, photo cinematics — from the collateral you already have. If you do have drone footage, drop it in and we will cut it into the edit.
Will it make up shots of my property?
No. We never generate fake footage of your actual property. Generative visuals are used only for establishing shots and b-roll — skylines, neighborhoods, mood. Every video gets a human quality pass before it reaches you.
Can I be the presenter?
Yes. Record a few sentences on your phone and, with your consent, we clone your voice and likeness so you present every listing — without shooting anything. You approve the script before we render.
Who owns the video?
You do. It is built from your collateral, and the music comes from a licensed library — so it is clean to post on LinkedIn, embed on your site, and send to your buyer list.
Can anyone make a video for any property?
No. We verify you have the listing or the right to market the property. That protects your listings from being marketed by strangers — and keeps every video we make legitimate.
